All applications received will be reviewed. Lancaster Stormers/Dakota Baseball LLC reserves the right to accept/deny participation in the event for any reason. All accepted applications are determined as a commitment to the event. All vendors will be provided a 6’ table and spaces on the concourse are first-come, first-served upon arrival day of the event. Vendors must provide enough product for sampling to last the entire event, their own signage, staff to pour and work booth, and any necessary equipment. There are limited electric outlets and will be designated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is strongly encouraged to bring your own merchandise to sell at booth. Vendors are responsible for collecting PA State Sales Tax on all applicable merchandise items All vendors will receive $300 stipend for their participation in the event. Stipends will be mailed out no later than (30) days after the event. Attendance and participation in the event is required to receive a stipend. All vendors will be provided up to (2) sampling cups as well. Vendors are required to submit a W9 prior to receiving a stipend. W9 can be uploaded or emailed to Beth Arnold at [email protected]. All breweries can enter the "Best Beer Contest" as part of the event. Best beer will be voted on by the attendees to finalize the top 3 beers. The winner out of the top 3 will be chosen from a panel of judges. Winner will receive a trophy bat to hang in their brewery as well as the opportunity to collab with the Stormers to produce a beer that will be sold during the 2027 Stormers baseball season. All home brewers will enter the "Best Home Brewed Beer Contest" as part of the event. Best beer will be voted on by the attendees to finalize the top 3 beers. The winner out of the top 3 beers will be chosen from a panel of judges. Winner will receive a trophy bat. All vendors must adhere to all rules/regulations set forth by the Lancaster Stormers staff. Anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave the premises. By checking that you have read these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have received and read all rules/regulations and agree to abide by those set forth herein. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lancaster Stormers/Dakota Baseball LLC from and against any and all claims arising out of the use of the contractual space. You further agree that Lancaster Stormers/Dakota Baseball LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or injury resulting from participation in the event. You understand that the Lancaster Stormers/Dakota Baseball LLC reserve the right to deny registration or remove any items or vendors it deems not in compliance with rules and regulations set forth.
